Work Stages
From Survey to Handover
Every job runs through the same stages, whether it is a steel structure project or civil works. The reason is simple: you always know where the work stands, and what happens next.
Stage 1
Survey & Consultation
We visit the site in person to assess ground conditions, access routes, and your requirements. The findings are discussed together so that scope, timeline, and work standards are agreed on from the start.
Stage 2
Design & Cost Estimate
Our team prepares shop drawings, structural calculations, and a detailed cost estimate based on the survey data. Materials and methods are selected with strength, efficiency, and buildability in mind.
Stage 3
Approval & Contract
We walk you through the drawings and the cost estimate until every line item is clear. Once approved, the scope, schedule, and payment terms are set out in a written contract.
Stage 4
Material Preparation
Materials are ordered from suppliers whose track record we know, then inspected on delivery. Dimensions, grade, and quantity are checked against the contract specification before work proceeds.
Stage 5
Fabrication / Site Preparation
For steel work, cutting, assembly, and welding are done in the workshop so joint quality stays under control. For civil works, this stage covers site clearing, securing the area, and setting up access routes.
Stage 6
On-Site Execution
Steel erection and civil works are carried out to the agreed method and schedule. All activity follows occupational health and safety procedures, and progress is reported to you at regular intervals.
Stage 7
Finishing & Coating
Steel surfaces are cleaned, then primed and top-coated to suit the project environment. On civil works, this stage covers painting, tidying up joints, and cleaning the work area.
Stage 8
Quality Control & Handover
A final inspection covers dimensions, connections, and coating results before the work is declared complete. You receive the project documentation, and the work is then formally handed over.
Stages 5 and 6 adapt to the type of work: steel structure projects go through workshop fabrication first, while civil works move straight into on-site preparation and execution.
